In order to post, registration is required. Although users are allowed to pick their usernames, unsuitable usernames will be rejected by board administrators and they will immediately delete your account. Actionable Items:
The staff will use their best judgment when assessing whether behavior on the board is actionable. The following are some, but not all of the items we ask you to refrain from engaging in.
Threadjacking - steering posts off-topic
Post Padding - low value posts designed to boost post counts
Bashing - excessive criticism with little constructive value
Trolling - intentional actions designed to create arguments or tension
Violation of any of the following will subject you to warnings, suspension or the banning of your posting privileges.
a. You agree to never belittle, unduly criticize, intentionally offend or ridicule other posters
b. Attacking an opinion is allowed, attacking a poster is not.
c. You agree not to post any material which is obscene, vulgar, slanderous, libelous, threatening, sexually-orientated, racially offensive, or any other material that may violate any applicable laws.
d. Religious and/or political discussions are not allowed. Saying ""Merry Christmas" or a similar holiday greeting is permissable.
e. No commercially motivated messages, such as advertisements are permitted without the permission of the owner/administrator.
f. Spamming the board will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate revocation of posting privileges.
g. You agree not to post more than 5 pictures from another website per post because this can use excessive bandwidth and could also violate copyrights. Any form of embedded streaming video is prohibited. Posts with excessive photos will be ediited or removed from the board.
h. You agree to not engage in profanity and will not try to bypass the language filter.
Board Policy on Warnings & Suspensions
Occasionally we run into the unfortunate situation where we have to suspend members for poor conduct on the message board. A member who breaks the rules outlined above is subject to the following disciplinary action. For the most part, warnings will be issued via a mod/admin comment.
Exceptions to the above:
1. If you have been previously banned and have returned under a different username you will be permanently banned without warning.
2. Posting of any pornographic material is grounds for an immediate, permanent ban.
3. Trolling, as defined by the moderators, is subject to an immediate, permanent ban.
4. Threatening another poster or a member of the staff will lead to an immediate, permanent ban.
5. Stalking another poster or a member of the staff will lead to an immediate, permanent ban
Moderators
The moderators on this forum are volunteers and therefore cannot be expected to be online 24 hours a day. If you feel a post is offensive and/or violates this CoC, please report it to the moderators or administrators by using the report button or by sending a PM to the moderators. One of the moderators will then resolve the issue as soon as possible.
